You'll hear a recorded message directing you to the right service.

🔴 Life-threatening emergency

Difficulty breathing, chest pain, severe bleeding, or severe injury

Call 999 or go to your nearest A&E

🟠 Urgent medical attention needed

Not life-threatening, but can't wait until the surgery reopens

Call 111 (NHS Wales) — available 24/7, free from any phone

111 will assess your symptoms and direct you to the most appropriate care — this may include the GP Out of Hours service.
